My Web3 Story....
My journey into Web3 began when I joined a DAO, where I focused on governance, operations, and legal matters from the very start. These experiences and learnings taught me to understand and tackle a variety of challenges within DAOs, setting the stage for my transition from a voluntary contributor to a Web3 consultant, advisor, mentor, and speaker.
Ever since I was a child, I wanted to be a lawyer, which led me to complete my Bachelor's degree in Law. However, after graduating, I "accidentally" ventured into the tech and fintech scene, where I worked in tech and product teams in operational roles. From day one, I enjoyed the perks of working remotely and continued on that path; so the transition to Web3 came quite naturally.
In addition to my consulting and advisory work, I teach about DAOs, decentralization, blockchain, and tokenization in universities and online schools.
My diverse background merges a legal mindset with tech savvy and hands-on experience, making me a versatile contributor within the Web3 space.

Governance
I develop DAO strategy focusing on refining governance models and aiding product development to meet business objectives. My approach includes analyzing current trends, providing strategic planning advice, and aligning initiatives with legal standards to boost efficiency and engage stakeholders.
I manage the creation and implementation of governance frameworks and policies, ensuring transparency, fairness, and efficiency. My role includes facilitating stakeholder consensus, managing risks, drafting all DAO documentation—policies, whitepapers, and more—and refining governance structures to adapt to the evolving industry.
Operations
Web3 Product
I manage the DAO's day-to-day operations, coordinating multiple projects and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and align with strategic objectives ensuring compliance with DAO protocols and governance.
I facilitate the alignment of product development with the DAO's strategic goals, governance , and community expectations. Working closely with tech teams, I ensure that product features and functionalities adhere to industry standards, support the DAO's governance, and align with business objectives.
Legal Coordination

I oversee the DAO's legal compliance, monitoring regulatory developments and flagging legal risks. Acting as a liaison with external legal experts, I ensure clear communication and understanding of legal requirements, and I assist in drafting legal documents.
I design customized courses to address the unique learning needs of students. With engaging content and personalized instruction, I offer one-on-one and group mentoring sessions to foster knowledge development, equipping students to become well-informed and educated members of the Web3 community.
